Before you set up an appointment with an AC Company to come to our home, make sure the company meets the first criteria and you understand the final thing about the Service Call Fee or also known as a Trip Charge.
All reputable AC companies require a Trip Charge or Service Call Fee to pay for travel expenses and labor-burden costs for AC diagnostics. If the AC Company has no Service Call Fee or Trip Charge, it means their rates are higher to cover the costs of the free service calls. The final thing you must understand is AC Company’s Service Call Fee or Trip charge and their willingness to provide the root-cause of the problem and an accurate estimate for the repair.
Frosty’s Air Conditioning’s Service Call Fee is a flat $79 and we will provide a written estimate of repairs required to be fixed. If Frosty”s performs the AC Repair, there is never a Trip Charge or Service Call Fee. Some AC company will not waive this charge with the repair.
