As a best-effort, we rework the schedule to fit your emergency call in or in some cases we may work after hours to resolve your issue.
We will assign your emergency call based on several variables to get the emergency service call done as quickly as humanly possible. It may mean the technician closest to you will go to you, as soon as, he finishes the current work in progress. And, another technician will take the service call he was planning to take before the change of going to you.

- We have 2 business locations with easy access to our service area

- Our East Tampa location is on the border of Brandon off Route 301 for coverage to: South Tampa, Davis Island, Brandon, Riverview, Apollo Beach, Ruskin,& Sun City Center
Most of our competitors are willing to travel to other counties. Making AC Service Calls to St Petersburg may take a round trip travel time of 2 and half hours. We can provide AC Service Calls to 2 or 3 customers during that same time. Hence, Frosty’s has a limited service area of only Hillsborough. Our service area is smaller and the reason for our speedy service. Our focus is to serve residential and commercial customers, in the Hillsborough County from the Tampa area, Brandon, Valrico, Dover, Seffner, Fish Hawk Riverview, down to Sun City area.
